The Cazoo Open, also known as the Wales Open, is a professional golf tournament and part of the DP World Tour. Established in 2000, it was held until 2014 before being revived in 2020 as part of a 6-week stint of events held in the UK when the tour’s schedule had to be reworked due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It is played on the top-class Twenty Ten course at Celtic Manor Resort, which was designed especially for the 2010 Ryder Cup.
The defending champion is Nacho Elvira, who secured his first DP World Tour title at the event in 2021. The Spaniard recovered from letting slip a 6-shot lead to beat Justin Harding in a dramatic play-off.
