The Women’s and Men’s Cycling Track Qualifications, 1/32 and Repechages at the Velodrome National de Saint Quentin in Paris during the 2024 Olympics will be an exciting event! On August 7th, some of the best track cyclists from around the world will come together to compete for a spot in the semifinals.
The Qualification Races will be held first, where competitors must qualify for the next round. There will be 32 heats of 4 riders each racing for 2 laps, with the top two riders from each heat advancing to the 1/32 finals. The 1/32 finals will consist of 16 heats with 4 riders per heat, again with only two advancing to the next round. The Repechages will feature 8 heats of 4 riders each and only one rider per heat qualifying for the semifinals.
