Athletics – Round 1, Qualifications & Repechages (W&M) – Paris 2024 at Stade de France

On August 7th, 2024, the Stade de France will host Round 1 of the Athletics event at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This is a qualifying and repechage round for both men and women. Qualifying athletes will have one chance to make it through to the next round, while repechage athletes will have two attempts at qualifying. The events that will take place in this round include track and field events such as the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m and 10,000m races; field events such as long jump, triple jump, high jump and pole vault; throwing events such as shot put, javelin throw and discus throw; and combined events such as decathlon and heptathlon. All competitors are sure to be pushing their limits in an effort to qualify for the next round. Don’t miss out on this exciting event!
